One of the most important life tools I’ve gained in my life is mediation. It allows you to sit with yourself, reconnect to your body, and to reunite your mind and heart. Through meditation, you allow yourself to feel fuller range of emotions, knowing that you are safe and protected.
A daily mediation practice is an amazing tool to gaining peace and space for yourself to reach higher levels of focus and clarity in your daily life.
It empowers you to manage stress and anxiety in new, effective ways. Meditation rewires your nervous system, teaching it to handle life's hardships and challenges differently. it also serves as a great self care tool that you can do by yourself anywhere for as little or as long as your schedule allows.

Tantric Yoga aka Lazy Yoga
Treat yourself for a gentle Yin style Tantra Yoga class specifically designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. We'll start with deep, mindful breathing to center ourselves and ground into the present moment. The class emphasizes slow, connected movements to cultivate mindfulness, enhancing our connection to our bodies and the often-overlooked parts of ourselves in daily life.
Our practice will conclude with a Yoga Nidra and a guided meditation focusing on our heart/womb connection, healing & gratitude. This practice teaches the art of being rather than doing, guiding us into the present moment to deeply feel and connect with ourselves, fostering inner peace and connection.
The slow deliberate movements promote self-awareness and help reduce stress, promoting relaxation and easing anxiety. This practice may also bring about emotional release, essential for holistic well-being, and can improve sleep patterns and overall restfulness.
